Mama: avoid the carbs
So you won't be thick!

No butter-sugar-flour foods today.

White foods won't help you.
Maybe have them another day, but not today.
Not this week.
Another week, maybe, but not this week.

cookies, cakes, bread, crackers, cereal, tortillas, buns, rolls, toast, bread-sticks,
donuts, spaghetti, waffles, pancakes, french-toast, french fries, onion rings, bagels,
pie, ice cream, pudding, cinnamon rolls, potato chips,
even CHOCOLATE---well, in moderation---moderation is always the key!

LOSE WEIGHT = feel better.
Eliminate aches and pains.
Run up stairs more easily.

Chase children without losing your breath.
Grow Older.
 

How many *very obese* OLD people do you know?
None.  They do not have very long lives!

Love yourself enough to do what's best---starting today!
