In the meantime, you can do this very thing... here's what you do:  Save all your grocery receipts for a few months.   Then on a sheet of paper, compile your shopping list by putting down into categories all the things you always buy for your family.  Then when you are comfortable with your basic layout-----preferably according to the layout of the grocery store, make up a master list on your computer.

I will do this as soon as possible!  This will give you an idea of a very workable list!  Then, you will print one out every couple of weeks and use it as a check list for your shopping trip.
